Steven Hammond occasionally describes himself as having a phobia of being bored. As such he always has a lot going on.
In gaming, he won a 2012 Excellence in Innovation award from Obsidian Portal for his work on Lost Tools, a set of web based gaming tools. He is also the developer of mage-hand, a ruby library for accessing the Obsidian Portal api.
More recently Steve has been writing a series of blog posts on treasure for Kobold Press. He was also Kobold Quarterly King of the Monsters top 10 contender, in 2010. You can find those here.
Beyond gaming, Steve is a team lead at PatientsLikeMe and a member of the Wachusett Regional School Committee. You can find his blog, Ridiculous Thoughts on technology, education and politics at http://www.northpub.com. Note that this blog is currently undergoing a lot of renovation.
